U.S. Ag Dept says Russia to retain wheat exports leadership ‘18–19

MOSCOW, May 10 (PRIME) -- Russia will retain global wheat exports leadership in the 2018–2019 agricultural year with 36.5 million tonnes of exports, the U.S. Agriculture Department said in a report on Thursday.

The authority has raised the estimate for Russia’s wheat exports in the 2017–2018 agricultural year to 39.5 million tonnes from 38.5 million tonnes.
